Over the years, Dubai has seen tremendous upswing in the Property business due to the growth in annual GDP which has been  increasing @ a galloping rate and with the rapid growth in local as well as expatriate population around 5% per annum, the demand for office accommodation, modern living apartments, amusement parks, shopping malls and other infrastructural facilities have outstripped supplies.
