Adoulis Vision
Shipping, Forwarding and allied Services with Dubai’s economy expanding at a galloping pace, it is presaged that the Shipping and Forwarding trade in the UAE will register an impressive growth in the coming years.
As a matter of fact, the transport, storage and communications has recorded a 15.5% of the G.D.P. in the Non-Oil sector during 2005.
As for Adoulis Shipping, plans are on the anvil to purchase RO / RO Multipurpose vessels of 5000 DWT to operate in the Persian Gulf, to the Red Sea ports of Somalia as well as to Iraqi destinations with a view to strengthening the present fleet. Apart from this, plans are a foot to acquire Break - Bulk general cargo vessels of 5-8000DWT - found to be ideal for operating Liner Service to Inter-Gulf ports and West Coast of India as well as to Iraqi destinations. Incidentally, all the vessels at present are classed with reputed Classification bodies and entered with well-known Protection and Indemnity Clubs.
It is envisaged that this would culminate in Adoulis Shipping controlling a major share of the carriage of break bulk as well as containerised cargo emanating from the Gulf and moving to Red Sea ports. It is, therefore, worth mentioning that with the cargo liftings from these areas showing upward movement, Adoulis vessels would be able to achieve full employment of their fleet by mid 2006.
With the upturn of export to West Africa
showing vibrancy, plans are in the drawing board stage to purchase RO / RO multipurpose vessel with a view to operating a monthly liner service to west africa.
International Trading
It is a well nigh fact that the European Union along with G8 countries at present are focusing their interest on economic development of african countries such as, ETHOPIA, ANGLOLA, SUDAN, and ZAMBIA, and other west african countries. As such NARO GENERAL TRADING is trying to promote the import of finish goods and services mainly from CANADA and Europe while promoting exports of COFFEE, and other raw materials / semi-finished goods from Africa to Europe. The expected revenue from Internation Trading is envisaged to yield excellent results in the coming months. The time now is conisdered propitious in order to penerate the African Market.
It is heartening to note that the annual increase in the G.D.P. of U.A.E has spiked up to 26% over last year’s figure (2004-2005) yielding around USD 485 Billion out of which a substantial chunk of 60% has been contributed by the Non-Oil sector. This will certainly give a great philip to the Shipping Trade, International Trading and Properties as well, and as a result, it augers well for ADOULIS SHIPPING& her Associate and affiliated companies.
As a footnote, it is worthwhile to state that under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Adam Hamed Sulieman, Adoulis Shipping which has been nurtured by him from its very fledgling stage along with her affiliated organisations under its wings hold out considerable promise in the near future.
